A practical communication and computer based system and method for effecting exchange, investment and borrowing involves the use of digital communication and computation terminals (26, 28) distributed to users and service providers. Through the system described and its combined computer (36) and communication terminals (26, 28), client/customers may purchase goods and services, save, invest, track bonuses and rebates and effect enhanced personal financial analysis, planning, management and record keeping with less effort and increased convenience. Through a prioritization function, the client specifies his financial objectives, his rik preference, and budgetary constraints. The prioritization function automatically suggests to the individual a portfolio of asset and liability accounts that may be credited and/or debited to provide the required funds for consumption and to form investments and borrowing to best realize his financial objectives over a defined time horizon.
Cette invention concerne un système et un procédé pratiques, informatiques et de communication afin d'effectuer des opérations de change, des investissements et des emprunts à l'aide de terminaux numériques informatiques et de communication (26, 28) répartis chez les usagers et les prestataires de services. Le système décrit ci-dessus, avec ses terminaux informatiques et de communication combinés (26, 28), permet aux clients ou aux utilisateurs d'acheter des biens et des services, d'économiser, d'investir, de rechercher des bonus et des réductions; ils peuvent également faire, avec moins d'efforts et de manière plus aisée, des opérations personnelles et poussées telles que des analyses financières, des plannings, de la gestion et du suivi de dossiers. Grâce à une fonction de priorité, le client indique quels sont ses objectifs financiers, le niveau de risque souhaité ainsi que ses contraintes budgétaires. La fonction de priorité propose automatiquement à la personne un portefeuille de comptes d'actif et de passif pouvant être crédités et/ou débités afin d'obtenir les fonds nécessaires à la consommation, ainsi que pour effectuer des investissements ou des emprunts lui permettant de mieux atteindre ses objectifs financiers sur une période déterminée.
