A computerised payment system (10) for the distribution of data and/or the management of transactions accessible by a plurality of user callers (1, 2, ..., n) on the respective calling lines (L1, L2, ..., Ln) characterised in that it comprises: a database (14) containing a data transmission system for said callers (1, 2, ..., n) and a network interface (13) consisting of fixed "added value" voice telephonic network services to allow the access of said callers (1, 2, ..., n) to said database (14); said network interface (13) managing said calling lines (L1, L2, ..., Ln) according to a user charging criteria being associated to a timing module (15) to manage the access time according to the medium of payment previously chosen by the user who shall be equipped with a personal computer (11) and a modem (12) connected to a telephone line (L1, L2, ..., Ln).
L'invention concerne un système de paiement informatisé (10) pour la distribution de données et/ou la gestion de transactions, accessible à plusieurs appelants (1, 2, ..., n) sur les lignes d'appel respectives (L1, L2, ..., Ln), caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend: une base de données (14) dotée d'un système de transmission de données pour lesdits appelants (1, 2, ..., n) et une interface de réseau (13) constituée de services de réseau téléphonique à "valeur ajoutée" de type fixe permettant l'accès des appelants (1, 2, ..., n) à la base de données (14); cette interface de réseau (13) gère les lignes d'appel (L1, L2, ..., Ln) en fonction d'un critère de taxation d'abonné associé à un module de décompte du temps (15) afin de gérer le temps d'accès en fonction du moyen de paiement choisi préalablement par l'utilisateur, lequel est équipé d'un ordinateur personnel(11) et d'un modem (12) relié à une ligne téléphonique (L1, L2, ..., Ln).
