ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE In a storage and retrieval device for numerous objects, each object is inserted in a flat pocket and the pockets are radially juxtaposed on a turntable under a cover having a vertical slot. Each pocket has its own hook member on its periphery and is selectively slidden out of the cover through the slot by a hooking means. The turntable is rotated by a motorized arrangement which combined with a computer terminal stops the selected pocket in front of the slot and slides it out.
