A b s t r a c t The invention relates to stable, concentrated hydrosols containing lipophilic and hydrophilic vitamins and a process for the preparation thereof. The hydrosols contain lipophilic and hydrophilic vitamins in admixture with tensides, antioxidants and/or preservatives, and 4 to 25 % (w/v) of one or more polyols and 12 to 30 % (w/v) of one or more tensides, based on the total volume of hydrosol. As a polyol preferably glycerin, sorbitol or saccharose is employed. The invention makes possible a substantial reduction of the necessary tenside concentration.
