A product dilution system constructed ac- cording to the present invention includes an aspira- tor (8) wherein a product delivery means (6) allows a product concentrate to flow into the aspirator, and is sized in combination with the size of an outlet orifice (9) of the aspirator to achieve a predeter- mined dilution ratio. A product package includes an inner flexible (2) which collapses dur- ing product dilution to allow complete evaculation of the product concentrate from the product pack- age.
