The present invention is concerned with pharmaceutically acceptable solutions of carvedilol or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof containing adjuvants with lipophilic character, with the carvedilol content lying above 5%(wt./wt., based on the solution) and the carvedilol being distributed in the solution as a molecular dispersion, as well as pharmaceutical administration forms containing such solutions and their use for the treatment and/or prophylaxis of illnesses, such as hypertension, cardiac insufficiency or angina pectoris.
La présente invention concerne des solutions de carvedilol pharmaceutiquement acceptables ou des sels pharmaceutiquement acceptables dudit produit contenant des adjuvants ayant un caractère lipophile. La teneur en carvedilol est supérieure à 5 % en poids (relativement à la solution), et le carvedilol est distribué dans la solution en tant que dispersion moléculaire. L'invention concerne en outre des formes pharmaceutiques contenant de telles solutions et leur utilisation dans le traitement et/ou la prophylaxie de maladies telles que l'hypertension, l'insuffisance cardiaque ou l'angine de poitrine.
