A concentration monitor for monitoring a concentration of a plurality of use solutions, each of the plurality of use solutions being, at least, a concentrate in a diluent, each of the plurality of use solutions having a resistivity which varies as a function of both temperature and an amount of the concentrate contained in a given amount of the diluent. A resistivity probe is adapted for use with at least one of the plurality of use solutions for taking a measurement related to the resistivity of the at least one of the plurality of use solutions. A temperature sensor is adapted for use with the at least one of the plurality of use solutions for taking a measurement related to the temperature of the at least one of the plurality of use solutions. A controller calculates the concentration of the at least one of the plurality of the use solutions based upon a predetermined algorithm using the resistivity and the temperature for the particular one of the at least one of the plurality of use solutions, the algorithm being based upon knowledge of the at least one of the plurality of use solutions being measured.
La présente invention concerne un écran de surveillance de concentration destiné à surveiller une concentration d'une pluralité de solution d'utilisation, chacune de ses solutions d'utilisation étant, au moins, un concentrat dans un diluent, chacune de ses solutions d'utilisation possédant une résistivité qui varie en fonction de la température et d'une quantité de concentrat contenue dans une quantité donnée de diluant. Une sonde de résistivité est conçue pour être utilisée avec au moins une des solutions d'utilisation afin de prendre une mesure liée à la résistivité de cette solution d'utilisation ou de ces solutions d'utilisation. Un capteur de température est conçu pour être utilisé avec cette solution ou ces solutions d'utilisation afin de prendre une mesure liée à la température de cette solution d'utilisation ou de ces solutions d'utilisation. Un contrôleur calcule la concentration de cette solution ou de ces solutions d'utilisation à partir d'un algorithme prédéterminé utilisant la résistivité et la température de cette solution d'utilisation de ces solutions d'utilisation, cet algorithme étant fondé sur la connaissance du fait que cette solution ou ces solutions d'utilisation sont mesurées.
