Il comprend 16 groupes de 4 multiplexeurs raccordés à des démultiplexeurs. Chaque groupe débite tantôt sur un omnibus dit impair, tantôt sur un omnibus dit pair. Les omnibus impairs sont raccordés aux multiplexeurs débitant sur des codeurs. Les omnibus pairs sont raccordés à un autre circuit identique. Il y a un dispositif de commande cyclique assujetti à un générateur de base de temps. Application aux centraux téléphoniques électroniques.
