The invention provides a method and apparatus for applying torque to a housing, the apparatus including an elongated head having a first end, a second end, and a bore passing longitudinally through the head between the first end and the second end, the bore being adapted to receive for rotation therewithin a wrench socket, and the first end having an annular coupling substantially coaxial with the bore and adapted to engage the perimeter of the housing.
