It is known as a prefabricated building panel or building block, consisting of a outer skin and inner insulating material, mechanically tied together Ex: Outer skin and inner skin connected together at various location not including edge connections, with insulating material located between the skins and fastening achieved via various methods, such as mechanical bond between skins, bond to insulating material of both skins via give to prevent the outer and inner skin from moving outward or inward. The insulating material is ridged when used as the mechanical bond between the skins. Various other methods exist to connect the outer and inner skin, such as wood two by four, two by six etc. Holding the skins from moving outward or inward and connecting the skins together to creata single construction unit.
