A hazardous ingredient free cleaning composition and method for cleaning an oil/grease stained concrete surface. The cleaning composition includes (i) about 50 to about 95% by weight of water; (ii) at least about 2% by weight of a detergent builder; (iii) at least about 1% of a surfactant, and (iv) at least about 1% of a coupling agent which minimizes phase separation of the surfactant from the builder during cleaning of the surface. The method includes applying the cleaning composition to the stained surface, allowing the composition to set on the surface, and rinsing the surface with water.

Composition de nettoyage exempte d'ingrédients dangereux et méthode pour nettoyer une surface de béton tachée par des huiles ou des graisses. La composition nettoyante renferme : i) environ 50-95 % en poids d'eau; ii) au moins 2 % environ en poids d'un adjuvant pour détergent; iii) au moins 1 % environ d'un tensioactif; iv) au moins 1 % environ d'un agent de couplage qui réduit au minimum la séparation en phases du surfactif et de l'adjuvant pendant le nettoyage de la surface. La méthode consiste à appliquer la composition nettoyante sur la surface tachée, à laisser la composition se déposer sur cette surface, puis à rincer celle-ci avec de l'eau.
