ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The present invention relates to a machine for finishing newly-placed concrete, consisting of a rotor with two or more radially arranged arms on which working elements are pivoted and adjustable by means of a regulating mechanism, characterized in that the directly interacting portion of the adjusting mechanism for rotation of the working elements consists of a piston which is enclosed by and axially adjustable inside a locating cylinder rigidly connected to the centre of the rotor.
