A method of preparing a concrete form assembly and a concrete form are disclosed. The concrete assembly form (10) having a plurality of panels (12) adjoined to one another to form opposing walls. A plurality of studs (30) are encased in each panel. Each stud (30) has a truss structure for increased strength and has a plurality of cylinders (42) extending from the inner face of each panel. The opposing walls are connected with a plurality of bridges (48), each having collars on the ends in which are seated the cylinders of the panels. U-shaped rods (62) are connected between the cylinders. A hold-down clip (64) connects the bridges between vertically oriented.

L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'un ensemble coffrage de béton, ainsi qu'un coffrage de béton. Cet ensemble coffrage (10) comprend plusieurs panneaux (12) assemblés les uns aux autres de manière à former des parois opposées. Plusieurs raidisseurs (30) sont encastrés dans chaque panneau, chaque raidisseur (30) possédant une structure de poutrelle de manière à apporter une résistance accrue, ainsi que plusieurs cylindres (42) s'étendant à partir de la face intérieure de chaque panneau. Les parois opposées sont reliées à l'aide de plusieurs traverses (48) possédant chacune des colliers montés sur leurs extrémités et dans lesquels se logent les cylindres des panneaux. Des tiges en forme de U (62) sont raccordées entre les cylindres et une pince de retenue (64) relie les traverses, entre les panneaux orientés verticalement.
