FREMER Apparatus for tying together concrete form panels includes an elongated tie and means attachable to a concrete form panel for anchoring the tie to restrain relative movement between the tie and the form panel. Means are provided both to facilitate engagement and release of the tie by the clamping member and to compensate for misalignment between the tie and the form panel and between opposing form panels.
