A concrete mixer intended for attachment to the boom of a machine such as an excavator or the like. The concrete mixer attachment includes a rotating drum which can be fixed to the machine's boom in place of the conventional bucket. The rotary action of the drum is obtained by the hydraulic power of the machine in question and enables it to mix concrete effortlessly. In addition, the rotating drum can be filled with aggregate to an accurate level by simply scooping the material.
