The invention concerns a concrete production plant (2), characterized in that it comprises: silo-type storage means (3), including at least one compartment for receiving aggregate, cement and one or more optional additives; means for filling (6) the at least one compartment (4, 5) of the silo; means for receiving (7) the mixture from the supplying means (8) consisting in particular of a dump truck, and feeding the filling means (6); means for drawing (9) the mixture contained in the silo (3); and means for mixing (10) the mixture with water to prepare the concrete, the means for drawing (9) the mixture being distributed over the section of the at least one compartment (4, 5).
