The present invention provides a process for repairing concrete involving filling one of a void, gap or seam in the concrete with a polyurethane sealant containing a silane terminated prepolymer ("STP"), and a catalyst, optionally, one or more of plasticizers, fillers, pigments, drying agents, light stabilizers, antioxidants, thixotropic agents and bonding agents and applying an isocyanate-terminated prepolymer containing polyurethane or polyurea coating to the silane terminated prepolymer polyurethane sealant.

Cette invention se rapporte à un procédé de réparation du béton qui implique les étapes consistant à remplir un espace vide, un espace de joint ou une fissure dans le béton avec un obturateur à base de polyuréthane contenant un prépolymère à terminaison silane et un catalyseur, éventuellement un ou plusieurs plastifiants, charges, pigments, agents siccatifs, photostabilisants, antioxydants, agents thixotropes et agents de liaison, puis à appliquer un revêtement à base de polyurée ou de polyuréthane contenant un prépolymère à terminaison isocyanate sur l'obturateur à base de polyuréthane contenant le prépolymère à terminaison silane.
