A machine for molding concrete slats, a process for molding same and a concrete slat manufactured therefrom. The machine includes an agitating means consisting essentially of a reinforced rod network connected to a shaft which in turn is connected to an oscillating means. The machine also includes a shock absorbing means which may be made of rubber. The concrete slat obtain from said machine is one having a rectangular shape and a plurality of openings. The openings contain dull edges.
