ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A wall formed of precast concrete blocks with concrete poured within the blocks. The latter thus serve as a form during concrete pouring and curing and provide finished exterior surfaces. The use of temporary forms is eliminated. The blocks are stacked without the use of any mortar in several rows with the blocks of anyone row longitudinally offset the distance of one-half block relative to the blocks of any adjacent row. The blocks have a length twice their width and their transverse partitions are spaced from the corres- ponding ends of the blocks, so that the transverse partitions are offset from one row to another and the edges of the partitions are exposed and not in contact with one another, so that the poured concrete will entirely surround the partitions, and, when set, positively interlocks all the blocks. The blocks are also provided with interlocking means to enable proper stacking and to avoid dis- placement during concrete pouring and curing.
