A washout container (10) to which are mounted inclined ramps (12, 14) that allow a transit mixer, concrete pumping truck or other concrete handling vehicle to drive up over a portion of the container for dumping excess concrete and washing out waste concrete. The container cross-section may be rectangular to semi-circular, and is preferably fabricated with a steel structure. A watertight latching door assembly (40) is coupled to the container to prevent leakage of collected liquid concrete waste material while allowing solidified concrete materials to be unloaded at a disposal site. The interior of the container is preferably lined with a material to which concrete will not adhere. The liner may be applied as a coating to the interior of the container or as a solid material retained within the container. In this way, solidified waste concrete can be easily removed from the container at the disposal site and preferably crushed for recycling.
L'invention a trait à un conteneur de lavage sur lequel sont montées des rampes inclinées permettant à un appareil de malaxage durant le transport, à un camion de pompage de béton ou à un autre véhicule de manipulation de béton, de monter sur une partie du conteneur afin de décharger l'excès de béton et de laver les déchets de béton. La section transversale du conteneur peut posséder une forme rectangulaire à semi-circulaire, et est de préférence formée d'une structure en acier. Un ensemble porte de verrouillage hermétique est couplé au conteneur pour éviter la fuite des déchets de béton liquides recueillis, tout en permettant aux matériaux de béton solidifiés d'être déchargés sur un lieu d'élimination. L'intérieur du conteneur est de préférence garni d'un matériau auquel le béton n'adhère pas. La peau d'étanchéité peut être appliquée en tant que revêtement appliqué sur l'intérieur du conteneur, ou en tant que matériau solide retenu à l'intérieur du conteneur. Ainsi, les déchets de béton solidifiés peuvent être facilement éliminés du conteneur sur le lieu d'élimination, et sont de préférence broyés pour être recyclés.
