Concurrent drugs highly effective in the prevention of or treatments for thromboembolism. The drugs comprise a combination of an antiplatelet agent and a direct or selective inhibitor for activated blood coagulation factor X, the inhibitor being a 5-amidino-2-hydroxybenzenesulfonamide derivative represented by the general formula (I) (wherein R is hydrogen or lower alkyl and Z is hydrogen or hydroxy) or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof. The drugs are useful in the prevention of or treatments for thromboembolism.
L'invention concerne des médicaments combinés hautement efficaces dans la prévention ou le traitement de la thromboembolie. Ces médicaments comprennent une combinaison d'un agent antiplaquettaire et d'un inhibiteur direct ou sélectif pour un facteur X de coagulation sanguine activé, cet inhibiteur étant un dérivé de 5-amidino-2-hydroxybenzènesulfonamide de formule générale (I), dans laquelle R représente hydrogène ou alkyle inférieur et Z représente hydrogène ou hydroxy, ou un sel acceptable sur le plan pharmacologique dudit inhibiteur.
