The present invention provides an immunological preparation comprising not less than two types of conjugate molecules in admixture for concurrent specific binding to a spatially exposed region of vascular permeability factor (VPF) bound in-vivo to a tumor-associated blood vessel. Each conjugate molecule type comprises at least a binding portion of an antibody specific for an epitope present within a spatially exposed region of bound VPF; and an effector moiety covalently bound to the specific binding portion. The immunological preparation has wide uses and applications including analytical studies, in- vivo diagnostic testing, and in-vivo therapeutic treatments.

La présente invention se rapporte à une préparation immunologique ne comportant pas moins de deux types de molécules conjuguées dans un mélange, susceptibles de se lier simultanément et de manière spécifique à une région spatialement exposée du facteur de perméabilité vasculaire (VPF vascular permeability factor) lié in-vivo à un vaisseau sanguin associé à une tumeur. Chaque type de molécule conjuguée comporte au moins une partie, susceptible de se lier, d'un anticorps spécifique d'un épitope présent au sein d'une région exposée spatialement du VPF lié; et une fraction effectrice liée par covalence à la partie spécifique susceptible de se lier. Cette préparation immunologique est destinée à une large gamme d'utilisations et d'applications, du type études analytiques, épreuves diagnostiques in-vivo et traitements thérapeutiques in-vivo.
