The heat exchanger, associated with a gas or fuel oil burner (6), comprises at least one tubular array (2) through which a fluid to be heated, particularly cold water, circulates and which is mounted inside a jacket (1) which is impermeable to gases, said tubular array (2) being exposed to hot gases generated by the burner (6), whereas the jacket (1) comprises a sleeve (122) for evacuating vapors. The device is characterized in that the jacket (1) has a wall portion which is embodied in the form of a compartment (11, 12) accommodating a gas/air (9) collector heat exchanger enabling part of the heat carried by the fumes exiting from the tubular array (2) to be collected, being displaced towards the exit sleeve (122) in order to transfer it to air captured inside the heat exchanger, whereby means such as a ventilator (V) are also provided in order to transfer air which is heated by the gas/air heat collector to the entrance of the burner (6). The condensation exchanger, particularly designed for domestic use, enables cold and dry vapors to be discharged into the atmosphere and supplies the burner with clean, pre-heated combustion air.
Cet échangeur de chaleur, associé à un brûleur à gaz ou à fioul (6), comprend au moins un faisceau tubulaire (2) parcouru par un fluide à réchauffer, en particulier de l'eau froide, qui est monté à l'intérieur d'une enveloppe (1) imperméable aux gaz, ledit faisceau tubulaire (2) étant exposé à des gaz chauds générés par le brûleur (6) tandis que l'enveloppe (1) présente une manchette (122) d'évacuation des fumées; l'appareil est remarquable en ce que ladite enveloppe (1) possède une portion de paroi ayant la configuration d'un compartiment (11, 12) dans lequel est logé un échangeur récupérateur de chaleur gaz/air (9) apte à récupérer une partie de la chaleur véhiculée par les fumées quittant le faisceau tubulaire (2) et se dirigeant vers la manchette de sortie (122) afin de la transférer à de l'air capté à l'extérieur de l'échangeur, des moyens tels qu'un ventilateur (V) étant en outre prévus pour transférer à l'entrée dudit brûleur (6) l'air qui a été réchauffé par ce récupérateur de chaleur gaz/air (9). Echangeur à condensation, notamment à usage domestique, permettant de rejeter des fumées froides et sèches dans l'atmosphère, et d'alimenter le brûleur en air comburant pré réchauffé et propre.
