The invention concerns compounds of formula (I), in which R1, R2, R3 and R4 mean hydrogen or different substituents; X means hydrogen or halogen; Y means C1-6 alkoxy or X and Y together mean -O-(CH2)n-O-; n means 1, 2 or 3; and A together with nitrogen forms a saturated or unsaturated five-member heterocycle which can contain between 1 and 3 nitrogen atoms and/or an oxygen atom and/or one or two carbonyl groups. Owing to their non- competitive inhibiting of the AMPA receptors, these compounds can be used as medicaments for treating diseases of the central nervous system.

L'invention concerne des composés de formule (I) dans laquelle R<1>, R<2>, R<3> et R<4> désignent hydrogène ou différents substituants, X désigne hydrogène ou halogène, Y désigne alcoxy C1-6 ou X et Y désignent conjointement -O-(CH2)n-O-, n vaut 1, 2 ou 3 et A désigne conjointement avec l'azote un hétérocycle saturé ou non à cinq chaînons, pouvant contenir entre 1 et 3 atomes d'azote et/ou un atome d'oxygène et/ou un ou deux groupes carbonyle. L'action inhibitrice non compétitive que ces dérivés exercent sur les récepteurs d'AMPA leur permet d'être utilisés comme médicaments pour traiter des affections du système nerveux central.
