Pyridazinyl guanidines of the formula: (see fig. I) wherein ring A is a benzene ring or a nitrogen-containing 6-membered aromatic ring, each of which may be substituted, preferably with halogen, NO2, phenyl, CF3, C2F5, SCH3, SO3CH3, SO2CH3, OCH3, OC4H9 and cyano, and R1 is an aromatic ring group which may be substituted, preferably with CH3, OCH3, NO2, CF3 or halogen, or a salt thereof, which have activity for inhibiting Na-H exchange and are useful as a prophylactic/-therapeutic agent for ischemic cardiovascular diseases such as myocardial infarction and arrythmia.

Pyridazinylguanidines de formule : (voir fig. I) où le noyau A est un noyau benzène ou un noyau aromatique à six atomes contenant de l'azote, dont chacun peut être substitué, de préférence, par un halogène ou les groupes NO2, phényle, CF3, C2F5, SCH3, SO3CH3, SO2CH3, OCH3, OC4H9 et cyano, et R1 est un noyau aromatique qui peut être substitué, de préférence, par CH3, OCH3, NO2, CF3 ou un halogène, ou un sel de ces dernières; ces composés inhibent les échanges de Na-H et sont utiles comme agents prophylactiques ou thérapeutiques dans le cas des maladies cardio-vasculaires ischémiques comme l'infarctus du myocarde et l'arythmie.
