A condiment dispenser principally intended for use in the storing and dispensing of salt or pepper. The dispenser preferably includes a container 12 housing the condiment, and having one or more pour openings 16 extending therethrough. At least one flow controller is mounted to the container for manual rotation between closed and open positions. In the closed position the flow controller covers the associated pour opening(s). The ensure a proper seal, the flow controller may include an extending plug which seals the pour opening. In the preferred form, two flow controllers are provided, with both mounted to a common lug for rotation about a common axis. Each flow controller is associated with a different number of pour openings, such that the rate of dispensing may be varied. The flow controllers include indicia to indicate the flow rate associated therewith. The flow controllers are mounted to a removable top wall of the container, with a seal being provided about the top wall.
