A conditioning apparatus (1) for the air supply stream of a drying chamber (2) of an enameling line has a fresh air duct (8) and an air supply duct (10) connected thereto through which a fresh air or air supply stream can be directed into the drying chamber (2); an exhaust air duct (13) and an escaping air duct (14) connected thereto through which an exhaust air stream can be guided out of the drying chamber (2) or out of an escaping air duct into the surrounding area; an absorption or adsorption device (4) which is arranged in the escaping air duct (14) and in the air supply duct (10) and in which the air supply stream can be dehumidified and heated to a predetermined level of humidity by means of the escaping air stream; a device for heat recovery (6) which is arranged upstream of the absorption or adsorption device (4) in the escaping air duct (14) and which is arranged downstream of the absorption or adsorption device (4) in the air supply duct (10) and in which the air supply stream which is dehumidified and heated in the absorption or adsorption device (4) by means of the escaping air stream emitted from the drying chamber (2) can be cooled; an aftercooler (7) which is arranged downstream of the heat recovery device (6) in the air supply duct (10) and in which the air supply stream which is precooled in the heat recovery device (6) can be cooled to a temperature required for entry into the drying chamber (2); and an afterheater (5) which is arranged in the escaping air duct (14) downstream of the heat recovery device (6) and upstream of the absorption or adsorption device (4) and in which the escaping air stream can be heated to a temperature suitable for the regeneration of the absorption or adsorption device (4). To reduce the use of energy for the operation of the conditioning apparatus (1), it is suggested that a recirculating air duct (11) branch off from the exhaust air duct (13) coming out of the drying chamber (2) at a first junction place (12); and that through said recirculating air duct, a part of the exhaust air stream coming out of the drying chamber (2) can be brought, together with the fresh air stream, as a recirculating air stream in a second junction place (9), and can then be directed through the air supply duct (10) as an air supply stream into the drying chamber (2); and that a precooler (3), by means of which the fresh air stream can be cooled and dehumidified, is arranged upstream of the second junction place (9) in the fresh air duct (8).
L'invention concerne un dispositif de conditionnement (1) pour le flux d'air frais d'une cabine de séchage (2) d'une installation de vernissage comprenant un canal d'air extérieur (8) et un canal d'air frais (10) en jonction avec ce canal, à travers lequels il est possible d'introduire un courant d'air extérieur et/ou un courant d'air frais dans la cabine de séchage (2) ; un canal d'air d'évacuation (13) et un canal d'air d'échappement (14) en jonction avec ce canal, à travers lesquels il est possible d'évacuer un courant d'air d'évacuation de la cabine de séchage (2) et/ou un courant d'air d'échappement dans l'environnement ; un dispositif d'absorption et/ou d'adsorption (4) disposé d'une part dans le canal d'air d'échappement (14) et d'autre part dans le canal d'air frais (10) et dans lequel le courant d'air frais peut être déshumidifié et échauffé à un taux d'humidité prédéfinissable à l'aide du courant d'air d'échappement ; un dispositif de récupération de chaleur (6) disposé d'une part en amont du dispositif d'absorption et/ou d'adsorption (4) dans le canal d'air d'échappement (14) et d'autre part en aval du dispositif d'absorption et/ou d'adsorption (4) dans le canal d'air frais (10) et dans lequel on peut refroidir le courant d'air frais déshumidifié et échauffé dans le dispositif d'absorption et/ou d'adsorption (4) à l'aide du courant d'air d'échappement qui est sorti de la cabine de séchage (2) ; un dispositif de refroidissement secondaire (7) disposé dans le canal d'air frais (10) en aval du dispositif de récupération de chaleur (6) et dans lequel le courant d'air frais préalablement refroidi dans le dispositif de récupération de chaleur (6) peut être refroidi à une température exigée à l'entrée dans la cabine de séchage (2) ; et un dispositif de chauffage secondaire (5) disposé dans le canal d'air d'échappement (14) en aval du dispositif de récupération de chaleur (6) et en amont du dispositif d'absorption et/ou d'adsorption (4) et dans lequel le courant d'air d'échappement peut être échauffé à une température adéquate pour la régénération du dispositif d'absorption et/ou d'adsorption (4). L'objectif de l'invention est de réduire la consommation d'énergie pour l'exploitation du dispositif de conditionnement (1). A cet effet, à partir du canal d'air d'évacuation (13) sortant de la cabine de séchage (2), un canal d'air de circulation (11) se ramifie dans un premier emplacement de ramification (12) afin de réunir une fraction du courant d'air d'évacuation sortant de la cabine de séchage (2) avec le courant d'air extérieur en tant qu'air de circulation dans un second emplacement de ramification (9), puis de l'introduire à travers le canal d'air frais (10) en tant que courant d'air frais dans la cabine de séchage (2). De plus, un prérefroidisseur (3) est disposé en amont du second emplacement de ramification (9) afin de refroidir et déshumidifier le courant d'air extérieur.
