Disclosed are conditioning shampoo compositions which provide improved hair or skin conditioning performance. These compositions comprise a detersive surfactant, select ethoxylated fatty alcohols having a fatty alcohol moiety containing from about 6 to about 30 carbon atoms and an ethoxylate chain containing from about 5 to about 150 moles of ethoxylation, a nonvolatile conditioning agent, preferably a nonvolatile silicone conditioning agent, having an average particle size of from about 5µm to about 2000µm, and water. The select ethoxylated fatty alcohols provide improved hair or skin conditioning by improving silicone deposition of large particle conditioning agents onto the hair or skin.
Compositions de shampooing traitant présentant des capacités améliorées de traitement du cheveu ou de la peau. Ces compositions contiennent un tensioactif détersif, des alcools gras éthoxylés sélectionnés possédant une fraction d'alcool gras contenant de 6 à 30 atomes de carbone et une chaîne éthoxylée contenant de 5 à 150 moles d'éthoxylation, un agent traitant non volatil, de préférence, un agent traitant non volatil au silicone, dont la dimension moyenne de particule est située entre 5 mu m et 2000 mu m, ainsi que de l'eau. Ces alcools gras éthoxylés sélectionnés améliorent le traitement du cheveu ou de la peau en amplifiant le dépôt de silicone des agents de traitement à grandes particules sur le cheveu ou sur la peau.
