ABSTRACT A blow-molded container provides protection for electrically sensitive devices by blending conductive fibers such as carbon fibers with polymeric materials in the outer layer of a multi-layer parison. Slough or mark-off problems sometimes associated with the use of carbon powder or carbon black as a blending conductive agent are avoided.
