A conductive catalyst particle composed of a conductive powder particle to which adhered is a catalyst material made of an alloy of a noble metal material and an additive material not thermally forming a solid solution in the noble metal material or an alloy of MI (at least one kind selected from noble metal elements) and MII (at least one kind selected from Fe, Co, Ni, Cr, Al, Cu, Hf, Zr, Ti, V, Nb, Ta, W, Ga, Sn, Ge, Si, Re, Os, Pb, Bi, Sb, Mo, Mn, O, N, C, Zn, In, and rare earth elements). The conductive catalyst particle is produced by simultaneously attaching the noble metal material and the additive material to the conductive power particle or the MI and the MII by physical vapor deposition. The conductive catalyst particle does not undergo sintering and is applied to a gas-diffusing catalytic electrode and an electric device using the electrode.
Cette invention concerne une particule catalytique conductrice composée d'une particule en poudre conductrice sur laquelle est collé un matériau catalytique fait un d'un alliage de métal noble et d'additif ne formant pas thermiquement une solution solide dans le métal noble ou un alliage de MI (au moins une sorte pris parmi des éléments de métaux nobles) et de MII (au moins un pris parmi Fe, Co, Ni, Cr, Al, Cu, Hf, Zr, Ti, V, Nb, Ta, W, Ga, Sn, Ge, Si, Re, Os, Pb, Bi, Sb, Mo, Mn, O, N, C, Zn, In et des éléments de terres rares). La particule catalytique conductrice s'obtient en fixant simultanément le matériau à base de métal noble et le matériau additif à la particule de poudre conductrice ou au MI et au MII par dépôt physique en phase vapeur. La particule catalytique conductrice n'est pas soumise à un frittage et est appliquée sur une électrode catalytique à diffusion gazeuse et sur un dispositif électrique utilisant ladite électrode.
