An inspection tool for a casing having a tool body adapted to be inserted into the casing and an electromagnetic sensing device coupled to the tool body. The sensing device includes electrodes that are positioned to be substantially adjacent to an interior wall of the casing. The inspection tool also includes an alternating magnetic field generator coupled to the tool body to generate an alternating magnetic field substantially perpendicular to an imaginary line between two adjacent electrodes. The electromagnetic sensing device is adapted to measure a voltage directly induced by a substantially radial inflow or outflow of conductive fluid through the interior wall of the casing.
