ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A conduit liner having a continuously cylindrical body having a first opening and a diametrically opposed second opening, a flange which extends circumferentially around the first opening and which is integrally formed with the body, a hollow interior to encapsulate at least one wire extending through the conduit, and a plurality of flexible and collapsible fins extend along and protrude from an external surface of the body.
