Systems and methods for confirming last room availability pricing for accommodations are disclosed. Search results received in response to a search request for hotel or other accommodations are received. The search results include one or more available room rates for a room type. Upon determining that a room type should be priced at a contracted room rate according to a last room availability agreement, the system compares the contracted room rate to the one or more available room rates in the search results. Upon determining that the contracted room rate for the room type is not present in the one or more available room rates and determining that another room rate for the room type is present in the one or more available room rates, the system provides a pricing alert.
