The present invention relates to conformationally restrained peptide analogs as platelet aggregation inhibitors. These compounds inhibit the binding of fibrinogen to the platelet apii-iii integrin receptor which inhibits platelet aggregation and therefore these compounds act as potent antithrombotics.

Analogues de peptides restreints quant à la conformation, utilisés comme agents antiagrégants plaquettaires. Ces composés empêchent la liaison de fibrinogène au récepteur d'intégrine GPIIb-IIIa des plaquettes, ce qui interdit l'agrégation des plaquettes, de telle sorte que ces composés ont un puissant effet antithrombose.
