The invention relates to an implant with a base body which can be implanted in a bone material. Said base body has a blind bore for receiving an implant post, said bore being open as far as the coronal end of the base body. The invention is characterised in that the base body also has first and second sections in relation to its longitudinal direction, said first section forming the cervical end of the base body and said second section being joined to the first section at the coronal end of said first section. The outer diameter of the second section increases in the direction of the coronal end of the base body, whilst the outer diameter of the first section varies less noticeably than that of the second section or not at all in relation to the longitudinal direction of the base body. The first section has no screw.

L'invention concerne un implant qui présente un corps de base pouvant être implanté dans une matière osseuse et comportant un trou borgne ouvert vers son extrémité coronaire pour loger un soutien d'implant. L'invention est caractérisée en ce que le corps de base, présente, par rapport à sa direction longitudinale, une première partie qui forme l'extrémité cervicale du corps de base, et une deuxième partie prolongeant la première partie au niveau de son extrémité coronaire, deuxième partie dans laquelle le diamètre extérieur augmente en direction de l'extrémité coronaire du corps de base. Le diamètre extérieur de la première partie, par rapport à la direction longitudinale du corps de base, ne varie pas ou varie moins fortement que dans la deuxième partie, et la première partie est dépourvue de filetage.
