Novel chemical conjugates of psychotropic drugs and organic acids, uses thereof in the treatment of CNS and/or proliferative disorders and diseases and as chemosensitizing agents, and their syntheses are disclosed. The organic acids are selected to reduce side effects induced by the psychotropic drugs, to enhance the therapeutic efficacy of the psychotropic drugs and/or to exert an anti-proliferative activity.
La présente invention a trait à de nouveaux conjugués chimiques de médicaments psychotropes et d'acides organiques, à leurs utilisation dans le traitement du système nerveux central et/ou de troubles et maladies de prolifération et à des agents chimiosensibilisants, et leurs synthèses. Les acides organiques sont choisis pour la réduction des effets secondaires induits par les médicaments psychotropes, en vue d'améliorer l'efficacité thérapeutique des médicaments psychotropes et/ou d'exercer une activité anti-prolifération.
