P R E C I S La présente invention se rapporte à un procédé de préparation de conjugués à base de supports greffés et d'une molécule fixée de façon covalente au support, possédant une activité biologique, caractérisé par la mise en contact, selon les techniques classiques du support greffé, traité au préalable afin de modifier les groupes fonctionnels en bout de chaîne, avec la molécule à activité biologique, cette molécule renfermant au moins un motif saccharidique ou du type des glucosamino- glucuroglycanes et étant choisie parmi les déterminants antigéniques de groupe sanguin, l'héparine, des subs- trats biologiques ou la N-acetylglucosamine.
