The invention relates to a process for the production of a biomolecule-linker conjugate of uniform stochiometry. It especially relates to a conjugate consisting of a biomolecule of a molecular weight between 5 kD and 500 kD and a hydrophilic linker molecule said linker having a molecular weight between 1 and 15 kD and between 4 and 60 charged residues, characterized in that said conjugate comprises at least one biomelecule-linker product of uniform stoichiometry in a pre-selected amount.

L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'un conjugué molécule-liant caractérisé par une stoechiométrie uniforme. Plus précisément, l'invention concerne un conjugué comprenant une biomolécule dont le poids moléculaire est compris entre 5 kD et 500 kD et une molécule de liant hydrophile, ce liant présentant un poids moléculaire compris entre 1 et 15 kD et entre 4 et 60 de résidus chargés. L'invention est caractérisée en ce que ce conjugué comprend au moins un produit biomolécule-liant présentant une stoechiométrie uniforme dans une quantité sélectionnée.
