The invention relates to conjugates comprised of macrocyclic metal complexes with biomolecules and to the production thereof. The conjugates are suited for use as contrast agents in NMR diagnosis and radiodiagnosis and as agents for radiotherapy. A high relaxivity is achieved and a fine tuning of the relaxivity is made possible by a special liganding of the macrocycles.
L'invention concerne des conjugués de complexes métalliques macrocycliques contenant des biomolécules et leur utilisation. Ces conjugués s'utilisent comme agents de contraste dans le radiodiagnostic et le diagnostic par résonance magnétique ainsi que comme agents destinés à la radiothérapie. Une liaison spécifique des macrocycles permet d'obtenir une relaxivité élevée et permet un réglage fin de cette relaxivité.
