A hollow connected body used as a carrier holding a cushioning material, a protective frame, a core for a hollow panel and an adsorber. This connector has a plurality of hollow parts (10) of an arbitrary cross-sectional shape arranged and connected parallel, and comprises a single sheet (<u>a</u>) bent multiple times so as to have a cross section like a figure drawn with one stroke. A hollow connector can have an elasticity and a pressure resistance suiting the use thereof, and have a lower bulk density by properly selecting the material of the sheet (<u>a</u>) and determining the cross-sectional shape and sizes of the hollow parts (10).
