The invention is a simplified connecting coupling (10) for safely transferring gasses and/or liquids, especially for filling the gas tanks of vehicles, even in the case of high filling pressures. The connecting coupling has a switch unit (21) for actuating valves (35) by means of a switch slide (27). A control lever (50) comprising an eccentric shaft (51) is held in a sleeve (52), the sleeve being rotatable 360 about the circumference of a middle housing part (11b). According to the invention, the switch unit (21) actuates the valves (35) by means of the switch unit (21).

Selon l'invention, ce tiroir de commande (27) est accouplé à un tiroir annulaire extérieur (31) par au moins un axe (29).
