The invention relates to a connecting device, consisting of an attachment head (2) and a clamping element (3), for connecting horizontal or diagonal scaffolding elements to the perforated plates (4) of the vertical support elements (5). Said attachment head (2) has a bearing surface on one side by which means it is supported on the pipe (7) of the support element (5). A horizontal slit (8) which at least corresponds to the thickness of the perforated plate is provided on the same side. Said slit divides the bearing surface into two sub-surfaces (9, 10). Means (11) for welding on a scaffolding pipe (12) are provided on the side opposite the bearing surface (6). The overall height (13) of the attachment head (2) on the side with which it is supported on the pipe (7) is at least 68 mm and the top (20) and bottom (21) surfaces of the attachment head taper continuously from the bearing surface (16) to the means for welding on the scaffolding pipe.

L'invention concerne un dispositif d'accouplement constitué d'une tête de raccordement (2) et d'un moyen de serrage (3) en vue de l'accouplement d'éléments d'échafaudage horizontaux ou diagonaux avec les plaques perforées (4) des éléments de support (5) verticaux. La tête de raccordement (2) présente sur un côté une surface d'appui (6) avec laquelle la tête de raccordement (2) prend appui sur le tube (7) de l'élément de support (5), une fente (8) horizontale correspondant au moins à l'épaisseur de la plaque perforée étant située du même côté. Cette fente (8) divise la surface d'appui en deux surfaces partielles (9, 10) et comporte, sur le côté opposé à la surface d'appui (6), des moyens (11) permettant le soudage d'un tube d'échafaudage (12). La hauteur totale (13) de la tête de raccordement (2), sur le côté avec lequel cette dernière prend appui sur le tube (7), atteint au moins 68 mm, et la face supérieure (20) et la face inférieure (21) de la tête de raccordement s'effilent en continu depuis la surface d'appui (16) jusqu'aux moyens permettant le soudage du tube d'échafaudage.
