The invention concerns a connector (1), in particular a plug-in connector for TT and TN networks, in which an electronic monitoring and control unit (2) supplied with a voltage switches lines (8, 9, 10) through, by means of a switch (5), from the supply side (3) to the consumer side (4) of the connector, or cancels the connection, as a function of information or measured data. The invention calls for potential-measurement devices to measure line potentials continuously or regularly on the supply side (3) and/or the consumer side (4) and, if the result falls short of or exceeds given limits, the switch (5) is actuated. The invention also calls for the monitoring and control unit (2) to be designed so that it generates a report when a given number of short-term cancellations or connections are made within a given length of time, connection lines (8, 9) to be monitored by a device (12) acting on the switch (5) to detect fault currents and information and/or instruction data to be available at a bus interface (7).
Connecteur (1), en particulier connecteur à fiche pour réseaux TT ou TN, dans lequel un système électronique de contrôle et de commande (2) alimenté par une tension réalise ou supprime, par l'intermédiaire d'un interrupteur (5), l'interconnexion de conducteurs (8, 9, 10) côté alimentation (3) vers le côté consommateur (4) du connecteur, en fonction des données d'information ou des données de mesure. Selon l'invention, il est prévu des dispositifs de mesure du potentiel qui mesurent, en continu ou régulièrement, des potentiels de conducteurs côté alimentation (3) et/ou côté consommateur (4). Au au cas où les valeurs limites prévues sont dépassées vers le bas ou vers le haut, l'interrupteur (5) est actionné. Le système électronique de contrôle et de commande (2) est conçu pour qu'une signalisation soit fournie lorsqu'un nombre déterminé de suppressions ou d'interconnexions de courte durée se produit dans une période de temps prédéterminée. Les conducteurs (8, 9) pour l'interconnexion sont contrôlés par un dispositif (12) de détection des courants de défaut, ce dispositif agissant sur l'interrupteur (5). Les données d'information et/ou d'instruction sont disponibles à une interface de bus (7).
