ABSTRACT A connecting device for structured elements with an improved force fit connection, of the type comprising a bolt with a floating nut and a sleeve portion near the head. The sleeve portion is adapted to be force fitted into a first structural member, is outwardly deformable and has a plurality of circumferential ribs. The bolt widens towards the sleeve end, so that when the threaded end is rotated by means of the floating nut into a second structural member, the sleeve is expanded inside the first member and enhances the force fit connection.
