The present invention provides a connecting portion-covering member superior in allowing a connecting portion of electric wires having an irregular outer configuration to have superior moisture proof, electrical insulating, and low-temperature characteristics. A two-layer PST (pre-stretched tube) having a second elastic member is disposed along the outer surface of a core member, and a first elastic member is disposed along the outer surface of the second elastic member and that of the core member. The second elastic member has a rubber hardness in a range from 5 to 30 degrees. The first elastic member has a value ranging from 10 to 100Kgf/cm2 as 300% tensile stress.
