The invention relates to a sheet of connection elements, comprising a basic strip made of a thermoplastic material and at least one element protruding from the strip, the element consisting of a rod extending in a direction transverse to the plane of the basic strip, in particular a vertical direction, and having a cross-section that is substantially constant or that decreases from the basic strip towards the top of the rod, in particular all the way up to the top of the rod, and a portion forming a head that protrudes laterally from the top of the rod.
