A connection for joining upper and lower precast concrete panels includes a molded plastic tubular body having closed ends and recesses formed in the inside and outside of the body. The body is cast into the top of the lower panel with a sheet in place closing one end to prevent entry of water and debris into the interior of the body. When the panels are erected, the sheet is broken open exposing the interior of the body, the body is filled with grout and a structural rod extending down from the upper panel is lowered into the body as the upper panel is placed on the lower panel. Setting of the grout forms a strong connection between the two panels.

Dispositif de raccordement permettant de joindre des panneaux supérieur et inférieur en béton préfabriqués. Le dispositif est constitué d'un tube de plastique moulé, aux extrémités fermées, à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur duquel se trouvent des évidements. Il est noyé dans la surface supérieure du panneau inférieur et est recouvert d'une bande de protection qui bloque un de ses orifices afin d'empêcher l'eau et les détritus d'y pénétrer. Lorsque les panneaux sont érigés, la bande de protection est brisée afin de donner accès à l'intérieur du dispositif, qui est alors rempli de coulis. Une barre d'armature dépassant le bas du panneau supérieur est insérée dans le dispositif de raccordement au fur et à mesure que le panneau supérieur est abaissé sur le panneau inférieur. Lorsque le coulis sèche, il se forme un joint très solide entre les deux panneaux.
