A connector assembly for interconnecting a cable comprised of one or more twisted pair conductors with the bifurcated conductors of a connecting block. The assembly comprises a plurality of conductive terminals each comprising a blade and a punch through assembly, one conductor inserted into and in electrical contact with each punch through assembly, the punch through assemblies of a given twisted pair having a predetermined spacing, the blades for insertion into one of the bifurcated conductors, a wire guide between a stripped end of the cable and the plurality of conductive terminals, the guide comprised of a plurality of channels, one channel for guiding each of the twisted pairs such that the length of each conductor between the stripped cable end and the punch through assembly is substantially the same, and a cover for fixing the twisted pairs in the channels.
