A connector assembly (100) for mating with a conductive plate (104, 118), wherein the plate formed with a plate mounting edge and first and second surfaces extending from the plate mounting edge, includes an alignment housing (120) for mounting to the plate at the plate mounting edge. The alignment housing defines a receiving chamber (126) therein. The connector assembly also includes a plug housing (122) having a contact (124) held therein. The plug housing is received within the receiving chamber such that the contact slidably engages the first surface and the second surface of the plate.
L'invention concerne un ensemble connecteur (100) destiné à s'accoupler avec une plaque conductrice (104, 118), la plaque présentant un bord de montage de plaque ainsi que des première et seconde surfaces s'étendant depuis le bord de montage de plaque. L'ensemble connecteur comprend un boîtier d'alignement (120) destiné à être monté sur la plaque au niveau du bord de montage de plaque. Le boîtier d'alignement définit une chambre de réception (126). L'ensemble connecteur comprend également un logement de connecteur mâle (122) présentant un contact (124) maintenu à l'intérieur. Le logement de connecteur mâle est reçu dans la chambre de réception de sorte que le contact vient en prise coulissante avec la première surface et avec la seconde surface de la plaque.
