A connector (30) is described, which is suitable for establishing flow communication between passages of a multilumen tubing (31) used with an endoscopic apparatus (10) and between tubes for supplying fluid medium to the multilumen tubing. The connector (30) is adapted for insertion and retraction of a surgical instrument therethrough. The connector (30) comprises a main body portion (46) provided with a through-going bore, which longitudinally extends along the main body portion. The main body portion (46) further comprises a plurality of lateral ports (66, 68, 70), which are in flow communication with the through going bore. The bore is adapted for insertion thereinto and removal therefrom of a proximal end (32) of the multilumen tubing. The lateral ports are adapted for receiving thereinto the tubes for supplying the fluid medium.

L'invention concerne un raccord (30) qui permet d'établir une communication fluidique entre les passages d'une tubulure à passages multiples (31) associée à un appareil endoscopique (10), et entre les tuyaux d'alimentation de milieu liquide à la tubulure à passages multiples. Le raccord (30) est adapté pour qu'un instrument chirurgical puisse y être déployé et replié. Ce raccord (30) comprend une partie corps principale (46) dans laquelle s'étend longitudinalement un alésage traversant. La partie corps principale (46) comprend également une pluralité d'orifices latéraux (66, 68, 70) qui sont en communication fluidique avec l'alésage traversant. L'alésage est adapté pour qu'une extrémité proximale (32) de la tubulure à passages multiples puisse y être déployée et repliée. Les orifices latéraux sont adaptés pour recevoir les tuyaux d'alimentation de milieu fluide.
